Free Music Review: TERRIFIC DEBUT!

This is a great debut from Justin. The album flows together very well, except for Unchained Melody, while a nice version of this oft-too covered song, it doesn't fit in with the other songs. You get a nice mix of styles including Latin, R&B and pop. The mix also includes ballads flowing with upbeat songs. Justin's voice is soft and powerful in the places it SHOULD and NEEDS to be. The first single, Sorry is a funky, unique song with a driving drum beat, a very interesting song. I Saw Your Face shows his R&B side, it's a sensual song, while Inner Child is a fun pop song that would be GREAT to play at parties. Timeless, the duet with Kelly Clarkson is nice, although at places, Kelly overpowers Justin's softness. Babyface, Brian McKnight, Justin Guarini and even Justin Timberlake wrote songs for this album.There really is something for everyone on this album and I highly recommend it.

I am a big Kelly Clarkson fan and I didnt really like Justin while on American Idol, but when I heard Timeless on tv, I REALLY like it, so on a whim, I bought his cd, and I have to say that I really like this album. There are a good amount of love songs, but they are all different, and I really like it. My favorite song on the album is "Timeless",number 13, which is his single w/ Kelly Clarkson. Obviously a winner.Great lyrics and meaning. My second favorite is "Sorry", number 5, this has a really funky beat, but is fun. He doesnt sing too many fast songs, and this is one of the rare, semi-fast tempo-ed songs. FUN FUN FUN. I would type about how much I like the rest, but all I have to say is that the songs are all very well done, and should be listened to several times, because liking will come with listening. After being bombarded by BMG for months of with weak material assembled with the contestants from the FOX reality show AMERICAN IDOL, we are handed a musical project that is truly a gem. The vocal style & phrasing of JUSTIN GUARINI demonstrates to the listener that JUSTIN is seriously gifted as an R/B singer and his performances on this CD would lead one to imagine that he spent years getting his skills sharpened on the stage of the APOLLO.
The material on this CD is way beyond the quality of material provided by BMG for any other contestant (the KELLY CLARKSON CD, RUBEN & AIKEN'singles & the multitude of CDs produced with this year's crop of singers all look weak in comparison).
Finally AMERICAN IDOL fans will hear something that goes beyond the hype of the show.
This is the perfect summer CD for any person who wants to sit back and chill out!

I didn't really know what to expect from Justin's management team, but I think they really gave him quality time and talent for this CD! Justin sounds like a complete professional with a voice as smooth as silk and sweet as honey!! Justin shows his versatility too! I think my two favorite tracks on this CD are I Saw Your Face - which is smooth, sultry, sexy and hot and Inner Child - where Justin is completely free with his voice - this song makes you want to get up and dance!!! He sounds as beautiful as ever in the new version of Get Here, fun and funky in Sorry and If You Wanna and really smooth in Be A Heartbreaker and Doin' Things (We're Not Supposed To). I could go on and on, because I just got this CD and I'm already loving it - these songs are instantly likeable - and contain sure fire hits!! Without a doubt, Justin Guarini has arrived!!!!Free Music Review: A work of art

i admit that I wasn't a big fan of Justin on the show, but I really can't understand why this cd isn't selling. I like it better than Kelly's cd, and I am 32 years old. I never skip through any of the songs. This is one of the few cds I own besides Mariah Carey, that I like every song on it. My personal favorites are Condition of my heart, I saw your face and doin' things, but I love them all. Give this cd a chance. You will not regret it. Justin's style reminds me of Joe. Justin does an awesome job cowriting with Justin T., Brian Mcknight, and Babyface. I recognized the amazing songwriting skills of babyface and Brian McKnight immediately. I can't stop listening to this cd. It's too bad that RCA didn't do a better job promoting this album. I'll never give up on you, Justin, and know that you will be around many years from now.
