I didn't become a fan of Justin Timberlake's until this album. I was slow jumping on the bandwagen when I first heard "Sexyback" but it was his second single, "My Love" featuring T.I. that solified it for me. The album has a unique pop and R&B sound that isn't heard in recent music and it's fun to listen to. I can listen to the entire CD and not skip around. This is a great CD to dance to, make love to, and Track 12 is a great way to say you're sorry to someone. Another note, FutureSex/LoveSounds has some of the best interludes I've ever heard. I look at them as mini remixes of the songs they follow. (In the case of My Love, precede.) I like the interludes better than some of the songs on the album!

I debated on buying this album initially. Finally, after a couple album purchases that felt like same-old-same-old, I decided to give FutureSex/LoveSounds a try. I am glad I did. This album isn't for the music snobs of the world. To most of that type, anything that smacks of being fun or funky just has to be crap, right? Wrong. While there is certainly more than plenty of fluff in today's poppy R&B-type music, that shouldn't take away from the great albums that do exist alongside all that pop candy. And Timberlake's album is one of those great albums. I have quickly come to love this album. It's a fun funky disc that has the quality to ensure you won't tire of it in a week's time. If you like this type of music, or namely his first single "SexyBack", you'll like this album. I definitely recommend it for anyone looking for something a bit more refreshing and fun.Free Music Review: amazing album!

for the birthday girl who was disappointed, this is how you spell repetitive..also given that you're 30 something, i would have assumed that you were listening and lovin' the music during the 80's. that's the era justin based this album on..sorry you found it a "total disappointment."
Anyway, this album totally rocks! if you're from LA area KIIS FM actually played the whole album some days ago before the album was released and Valentine gave little tidbits about what each song being played was about. for example-Losing My Way was written after Justin watched a documentary on a man whose life was completely destroyed by his abuse of crystal meth. also, the last song,the ballad is exactly how he sang it, it's the first cut or something. Justin really went out on a limb with this album and his collaborations are amazing. i 100% recommend this album!!!!!

FutureSexLoveSounds truly showcases Justin's talent not only as a performer but as a serious musician and songwriter. The Justin on this album is not what you would expect to hear. The dance oriented music merged with hip hop and funk bring this album to a new level for Timberlake. On his sophomore attempt he has risen the bar and gone from stuggling post boy band era artist to established and respected pop star. Songs such as "What Goes Around" display his skills as a songwriter and hit maker. Justin is not afraid to take risks with such songs as "SexyBack". "Damn Girl" is a James Brown inspired tune where Justin's voice is soulful and the beat is pure funk. "My Love" features rapper T.I and solidifies JT as an R&B artist. Producers such as Timbaland and Will.I.Am as well as Justin himself create a piece of work that is musical genious and cannot be missed.Free Music Review: Stop Hating & Actually Listen To The Music!

i used to not like justin timberlake but yo...u gotta show & give props where they need 2 be given and real talk this album CRACKS! every song flows & the beats is d-d-d-damn so so sick! timbo is back mos def lol but it aint like he ever left but newaiz only real R&B headz gon feel this CD
i aint really like that sexyback song until u actually just opened up and nodded ya head to it lol but thats just how every song is on the album u actually gotta listen to and be like damn...this is sum tyte work lol
