Free Music Review: The first cd I have bought in a long time where I love ALL the songs!

Before the advent of iTunes I was guilty of buying cds for just one song. I would end up liking just that one song and that's it. I loved the song " I kissed a girl" so I figured the other songs on this cd would be good too. All I can say is WOW! I LOVE THIS CD!! I like all the songs and you can listen to the songs multiple time without getting bored with them! All the songs are different and Perry does a good job of entertwining her real life into her lyrics. I highly reccommend this cd! It's amazing I have it playing all the time now during homework,work etc. so BUY IT NOW!Free Music Review: Hot item done perfectly right!

I am basing my rating on the 30-second listening previews, only. I am active in the music biz and I know hits when I hear them. Compared to the enormous boatload of JUNK that exists in this music world of today, I love the catchy Pop/Jazz/Hip-hop style of Katy Perry's music AND the way she sings it. How refreshing! I do not view this as stereotypical Pop music. She has a certain unique style based on her voice and annunciation. This was also recorded and produced very well. Like the Van Halen boys and I agree, if it sounds good, it IS good! 'Nuff said!!!!Free Music Review: O Mi God. ( I don't want to say OMG)

O Mi God I love this CD. It is poppish. But very fun. Weird lyrics. Addicting beats. The Best Songs- I Kissed A Girl 9/10-Great 1st Single
Waking Up in Vegas 8.5/10-Deffinitly true song.
Ur So Gay 8.5/10-Dumb lyrics. Catchy Midtempo Song.
And (2 me) the best song-Hot N' Cold 10/10 Indescribeable.
Overall the CD is average. You skip some. Listen to some. I have a feeling she will be around for awhile. If she makes more CD's like this. She should be.

One of the Boys CD is known for songs like I Kissed a Girl and Waking up in Vegas. And don't get me wrong I really liked both songs. However, some of the best sounding songs were the ones I never heard! The songs Self-Inflicted and I'm Still Breathing definitely show a "darker side" to Katy Perry than the ones played on the radio. Yes there is a lot of Pop music here, but Katy proves she can sing other types of songs easily.Free Music Review: Patrick

After hearing I Kissed a Girl, I visited her My Space page just to see what everyone was talking about and instantly LOVED Hot N Cold, so I bought the CD. Nearly every song is great, but Hot N Cold is still the best. So glad it's the next single. Don't judge Katy Perry just on I Kissed a Girl. She is a very underrated vocalist. She's much more than the novelty act some people think. Get this CD!
