Free Music Notes for Be HereFree Music Review: Keith Urban AMAZES me again Hit: 5 Stars
WOW, this cd is nothing short of amazing. I have to say that the song "Days Go By," is one that you roll down the windows, slide the sunroof open, and crank it while cruising down the road. "Nobody Drinks Alone" is a very deep song, after hearing it, stuck in my head for awhile. "Tonight I Wanna Cry" sent chills down my spine, very good track. I could talk all day about how good the whole cd is. The upbeat songs make me feel great and the slower songs break me down. Isn't it strange that you can be listening to country on the radio or a cd even, then all of a sudden that song comes on that relates to the way you are feeling at that very moment? It happens to me all the time. I have a special place in my heart for country music. Anyways enough rambling on, BUY THIS CD!!!! Indulge yourself into Keith Urban's music, it is money DEFINATELY well spent.
Free Music Review: The Guy Just Can't Miss Hit: 5 Stars
What can I say, I've been a fan through all his albums and this is no different. I just bought it and it's still growing on me, but I love it. I think Golden Road is still his best but that's just to say it is a notch above all his other great CD's. None of his releases are bad! At all.
Keith Urban is undoubtedly one of the most talented performers out there. He sings great, writes great, and plays the guitar out of this world. The melodies in his music are always catchy and...well, melodic. His lyrics aren't anything fancy with alot of hooks but they are meaningful and soundly structured. And Keith's singing just has great expression. And he definitly has a knack for doing the songs that best suit him and delivers effectively. He's in this for the long haul I suspect.
Keep it up Keith and thanks for the great music.
Free Music Review: Be Here ! 5 Stars
I LOVE all of Keith Urbans CD's. But with the release of each you are blessed with an even better album. He is an exceptionally gifted artist, who's guitar skills are next to none. This album will truly take you to another place; evoking emotions you may have been out of touch with. It forces you to look at things for anothers perspective. He has shown tremendous growth in the last few years and we will only continue to see more of the real Keith in the years to come. I think the vast majority of us can relate to his songs. I find each to be thought provoking, life changing. He has a real gift not just for his superior voice and guitar playing ability, but for song writing! He is really in touch with his feelings and that of his fans. It will only get better. Enjoy - Be Here! If you haven't purchased it yet, do so. You will be glad you did.
Free Music Review: Keith Urban at his best...this one is definitely a "keeper!" Hit: 5 Stars
I can honestly say that I didn't think I would like this CD as much as I did "Golden Road." I am ecstatically happy to admit I was wrong! "Be Here" is a must-have CD. My favorite song on this CD is "The Hard Way," as it speaks to the reality of relationships. "Making Memories of Us" is also a favorite. The upbeat "Better Life," "You're My Better Half," "She's Gotta Be," "God's Been Good to Me," and "Days Go By" speak of hopes, dreams, and reflections on life in general. The tracks "The Hard Way," "Making Memories of Us," "Could Fly," "Noboby Drinks Alone," and "Tonight I Wanna Cry" are deeper and touch those feelings and emotions that music alone can express. As always, I love Keith's banjo soliloquies throughout, along with his awesome guitar solos! This cd is most Highly Recommended!
Free Music Review: A must-have! Hit: 5 Stars
Keith Urban really cuts loose on this album, he co-produced to make sure the fans hear it just as he intended and it is SO diverse and shows his mad skills. From the simple pickin' on "Country Comfort" and "God's Been Good to Me" to the upbeat, odes to women "You're My Better Half" and "I Could Fly". The guitar is prominent on "Days Go By" and "Live to Love Another Day", he is definitely a happy guy. He is at his most soulful on "Tonight I Wanna Cry" and the dark "Nobody Drinks Alone", that song gave me chills the first time I heard it, I had to immediately play it again. "Making Memories of Us" is destined to be a big hit, it is from the heart and the lyrics are so sweet. This CD is hot from front to back and sideways, it should make everyone's top ten lists for 2004.
