This new cd reminds me of Golden Road which was released a little over 5 years ago. It is very melodic with almost an 80's pop/rock sound on "my heart is open." Unlike Keith's last album which had a lot of piano, this one is more simplistic which showcases more of his great guitar work.
This is definetely my favorite since Golden Road and will be for a long time.

Keith's talent as a songwriter, guitarist, and singer comes shining through on this CD. The songs touch the listener in so many ways which is what Keith strives to do...connect with people! Each track has the potential to be a hit and hearing them live will surely be an awesome experience. I recommend this CD to everyone!

I was at Wal-Mart first thing, and when I bought the cd, I ran to the car. This album is truly a breath of fresh air. Every song warms my heart. I can listen to this cd from beginning to end and back again. Everyone in my family can enjoy this album.

I just saw Keith in Hershey a couple weeks ago and he was incredible. I bought the Defying Gravity CD immediately. When he performed "Til Summer Comes Around" at the concert, it was all blue lights and foggy and the song was very haunting and moving. Hit the Ground Running really gets you going. There isn't a bad song on the CD. I recommend it highly.Free Music Review: Keith amazes me every time =)

It only took one listen of this cd and I was hooked. I don't think there is one song of Keith's that I do not like. They're all amazing and every song on Defying Gravity is just as good. From his love songs to his party songs, I'm always finding myself signing along and hitting repeat! Defying Gravity is already one of my favorite albums of the year!
