Even though I already owned the original Ranch CD, I knew I had to purchase this enhanced re-release the minute it was available. Although I'll never understand why Keith Urban's former band "The Ranch" wasn't a huge success, I'm happy that Keith is now a VERY successful solo artist. The awesome harmonies and even more terrific guitar picking by these guys makes this CD a must have if you enjoy rockin' country music. I love the 2 tracks that were added and including the videos for "Walkin' the Country" and "Clutterbilly" on this enhanced CD makes this a real treat! If you like Keith Urban,you'll LOVE "The Ranch" CD. It is, in many ways, BETTER than some of his later offerings. I saw him mention the CD on a "Bluebird Cafe" appearance, but was unable to find it until now. There are at least 6 or 7 songs on this CD which would have been GREAT singles if they had been promoted. "Desiree" & "Man of the House" are worth the price of the CD by themselves. Pickers like myself will hear the unmistakeable KU "licks" in the music. How many CDs have you bought with only 1 or 2 good songs? You WON'T be sorry with this one. It is a treasure. Wow! Those who listen to Keith Urban, know how talented he is...but if you're new to the scene, don't cheat yourself out of seeing just how talented he was even before he hit the solo scene! I already had 2 copies of "The Ranch", and bought this CD and am soooooooo glad I did! The 2 bonus tracks are great!(I just love it when performers go back and sing a little "old school" on their CDs)! Plus, you get 2 video bonuses! What a deal! I bought this album after I discovered the wonderful music of Keith Urban and had to own ALL of it. The Ranch definitely rocks and to think that it was a trio. The guitar work is fabulous and the songs are great. My favorites include "Homespun Love", "Man of the House", and "Tangled Up in Love". A great collection of Keith Urban's sound before his amazing solo success in the U.S. This cd includes two songs that weren't included on the original Ranch cd and both videos released by The Ranch. Keith's love of fun is evident when he is wearing a dress and dancing on the Clutterbilly video. A must-have for all Keith Urban fans.
