First of all , this is a Re-release of Kelly's debut album "Shut Up" released last November 26 , 2002... She was dropped from Epic Records and now she got onto a new Record label : Sanctuary Records , where bands like "KISS" signed with . This album has a few bonus tracks ... Heres the track listing :

Changes (Duet W/ Ozzy Osbourne)

In My opinion , most of these songs would sound better and less Popish than they already sound . Disconnected has the potential to sound punkish , if they actully took out the backing vocals. This song does kind of sound like the "Kids in America" kind of sound to it . Come Dig Me Out has to be one of the best songs on the album . Kelly's second single off her first album . It has alot of yelling and you can hear kelly singing high . For your information , she does have talent . Contradiction is a fast paced song about how someone is in the mood , and sometimes they're not . Cool Head is a surfer vibe song , fast paced . Great song . Right Here is one of the Most Popyish songs on the album . Its fast paced , but sounds alot like Lillix ... Shut Up , the first single off her first album back in 2002 , is a fast paced song . Not really popish . Teen beat . Great song , single material . On The Run is a fast song with a nice beat and nice lyrics . On your Own is a nice song , not single material , probably the only song next to Right Here thats not fit for single material . Too Much Of You , another pop song about M-A-S-T-U-R-B-A-T-I-O-N . Everythings Alright , A pure rock song , fast Paced . More Than Life Itself , a ballad about her mother when she was diagnosed with colon Cancer . Its a slow song , very touchy .

And now for the extra tracks exclusive to the new re-release . First of , we have "papa dont preach" , not really a bonus track since it could be found as another bonus track on her debut album and track number four off "The Osbournes Television Soundtrack" . Then we have the live tracks that are indeed exclusive . They sound WAY better live then on the album . They sound punkier , and theyre WAY better . The backing vocals are mostly gone . Come Dig Me Out Live and On The Run Live are the best live tracks in my opinion . And last but not least , we have a NEW EXCLUSIVE studio track featuring her father "OZZY OSBOURNE" . Ozzy and Kelly do a duet together on this song . Its a Remake of the classic "Changes" by Black Sabbath . Its really slow with a choir in the backround and Kelly's voice sounds very mature and deep . So does Ozzy's . Some Ozzy fans might wanna check this out .

So , this album is a VERY good one . Its a must buy and I'm not saying this just because I'm a fan . When I wasn't really a fan that much , I picked this up and I thought it was just the most best original Album I've heard in a while . It basically got me hooked onto being a hardcore fan .

This is a MUST BUY and You've gotta check it out , fan or not . Its a great CD . If you're into music like Jimmy Eat World , The Ataris , and things like this , You MUST check this out . I gaurentee , "changes" will get you hooked . BUY IT NOW !!!
