I have not taken this CD out of the player in my van. I havent downloaded it to my IPOD yet. My kids (ages 16,13,6 and 4) won't let me because they love listening to it everytime we get in the van. The little girls especially love the "I am God" track. We are also HUGE Toby Mac fans and they love that he is singing with Kirk on that one. It seems every song is better than the last. We drive around town worshipping and singing along with Kirk. This is a great CD I recommend it highly!!!Free Music Review: The Fearless Music Pioneer!

Kirk continually never ceases to amaze & impress me with his new CD releases. Every CD he releases is a cause for major celebration. He arguably is contemporary gospel music's most originial innovator. He makes thoughtful melodies that never tire or are derative, with an ear for flair and mass appeal. He also strikes me as an authentic person & believer, which makes his lyrics so seductive & universal.

Yesterday while I was shopping, I decided to check the music section to see if any of my favorite Gospel artist had released any new material, so I picked up Kirk Franklin's latest "The Fight Of My Life". Soon as I put the CD on my computer, I fell in love with it instantly. I don't know what my favorite track is because all of them are hot!!!!! I love this CD so much!!!!! ...is the song that made my RUN to buy this album the day it came out when I heard it on the radio...and I was NOT disappointed. Kirk wrote the mess out of most of this album! There are only one or two songs I could live without and usually skip. This project is not for the newbie, as the subject matter is spiritually mature...but definitely for anyone looking to truly feed their soul and get encouragement along their journey!
