Free Music Review: Khujo Delivers from the old Goodie feel

Khujo's solo debut of the Man Not the Dawg continues in the same tradition of that Goodie Mob sound that we all learned to love. Khujo starts off with a dark intro, that drives the point, over a electronic/techno down south beat, that combines that cadillac ride-out sound with new-age computer technology. Khujo has a whole host of producer's that check in on the album. One major highlight is when the rest of the Goodie Fam, and guest star, Murder, checks in over a Frank Nitty Beat...entitled - How We Ride in the South. This track serves as a definite need for these brothers to collectively come back and serve the places that they have left standing. Whether its back as Goodie or the original Lumbah Jax, its all good, these brothers still represent the south to the fullest. Khujo does an extremely good job in serving his message to the masses in his normal disciple style, and still brings that rough edge vocal style that we all have learned to love.
