Free Music Notes for Body LanguageFree Music Review: Gotta Love The Body Language!!!! Hit: 5 Stars
Okay, ever since I heard "Cant Get You Outta My Head" from the "Fever" album, with its addictive "na na na's"...i absolutely could not get that song out of my head!!! And then came "Love at first sight" and "Come into my world". I then realized it was time to purchase the cd, i did just that and i loved it!! Most of the songs are great. Then came "Slow". I liked the song, decided to purchase "Body Language". I came across the import cd, but decided not to buy that, considering it was about 25.00!!! I waited for the american edition to come out and I am so glad I did! I love most of these songs as well, especially "Cruise Control". It is an addictive song that is only on the american edition of "Body Language"...so, if you other Kylie fans are pondering on purchasing this album, just do it!!! And, as you may know, "Ultimate Kylie" is in stores now, its a 2 disc set of her greatest. I didnt really like disc one, but adored disc 2, but I realized that the "Come into my world (radio edit)" truly sucks and fails in comparison with the original version from the "Fever" album. Well, hope this is helpful!!!
Free Music Review: The Queen Returns With Body Language! Hit: 5 Stars
'Body Language' is a big departure from 'Fever' and that might sound bad, but it truly is not. The album opens with 'Slow,' the first single from the record. It's hypnotising sound and melody captures the attention of the listener and makes them play the song over and over again. 'Body Language' also includes r'n'b-influenced tracks like 'Secret (Take You Home), 'Red Blooded Woman,' and 'Cruise Control,' as well as a ballad - 'Loving Days.' The big moment of the album is track #7, 'Chocolate.' I have loved Kylie's music for a long time, and can only say that it will be a memorable song like 'Confide In Me.' In order to understand the tracks on 'Body Language' you have to play them more than one time. The lyrics to some of the songs are truly amazing and I can honestly say that I have not heard lyrics this good since 'Impossible Princess.' 'Body Language' is a controversial album which has divided opinions - but it includes all the things an album should include - something different than before. Once again, Kylie has made an amazing album with her team.
Free Music Review: Sweet...Excellent Music...She Has Some Kind of Magic!!! Hit: 5 Stars
Kylie Minogue's nineth studio album "Body Language" is my favourite album because there's not any song I would dislike. All of the songs has been made with a good style and Kylie has a beautiful voice...in some cases also an erotic voice. The album starts with a hit song "Slow" which is quite bizarre as a dance pop song...I guessed that's why it was number one. "Still Standing", "Secret (Take You Home)" are very good ones. In "Secret..." there's quite much R & B sound. The next songs "Promises" and "Sweet Music" are also great ones but when "Red Blooded Woman" and "Chocolate" are the next ones...they are worth waiting. "I Feel for You" is a bizarre song...if you don't like it you hate it, that's the rule. "Obsession" is a song about the thing you can't get out of your head...usually it is your ex-boyfriend/ex-girlfriend. "Someday" and "Loving Days" are beautiful peaceful ballads, The last song "After Dark" is quite dirty and it is like all of these songs, one of my favourites.
Stars: Red Blooded Woman, Chocolate, Secret (Take You Home), Slow
Free Music Review: One Of My All Time Faves Hit: 5 Stars
Kylie shows she is more than just a 2nd rate diva on this impressive ode to the 80's. The first song on this CD, Slow, is very fresh. It feels like you can dance to it at a party weather u like techno, R&B, or Hip-Hop, all while not really having a beat at all. Its a innovative song in every aspect. Kylie also shows that she Hearts the 80's by sampling lyrics from You Spin Me Around Like A Record, Wonder If I'll Take You Home, New Sensation, and other 1080's classics all while making them sound new. You might not even be able to tell they are samples at all! They don't sound anything like the originals. She takes chances with beats, and it really pays off. Every song here has a positive quality to it. Instead of going forward with her Disco craziness (Light Years), or Techno Queen (Fever), she takes a big from every dance type genre including R&B and even tries her hand at rapping. She won't cause Missy Elliot to lose any sleep but she is not bad. In all I would say that this is her best CD to date and is a must get for your collection.
Free Music Review: Great album from Kylie! Hit: 5 Stars
I first bought BODY LANGUAGE back in November, as an import. I couldn't wait to hear new Kylie. No doubt it was very different from FEVER and I was kind of surprised. The album slowly grew on me, and now I love it. There's not one song I don't like on this album. The album has a funky urban sound to it, and it works well. Fans are torn over this album, but it's solid to me! "Obsesssion" is my favorite song, a nice funky uptempo song that should be a single. "Loving Days" is another favorite, this should be a single too, it's one of her best ballads in my opinion. "After Dark" is a really sexy song. "Slow" was the first single and it's a pretty good song. "Red Blooded Woman" is an excellent choice for a single, it's a great uptempo song with a chorus and lyric that will stay in your head. "Still Standing", "Sweet Music" and "Chocolate" are other great songs. This version of the album also contains two bonus tracks, "Cruise Control" and "You Make Me Feel". This is probably the best album she's put out since IMPOSSIBLE PRINCESS. Pick it up!
