Free Music Review: A great Precurser to Fever!

Well, I decided to download this album after I hadn't really heard anything or listened to Kylie Minogue in a really long time. I actually thought think this is one of the underrated albums of the decade. I'm truly surprised this album didn't hit the US by storm. The album is very remiscent of slick pop cd's that would have came out in 2000. The problem with that is, there were alot of people doing the teen pop thing in America during this time. Overall, I thought a few tracks fell short of giving it five stars. Couldn't stand, Koochuchoo, Your disco needs,and Please Stay. To me your disco needs you was kylie trying a bit too hard to sound like a black disco singer from the 70's. It would have worked if the production quality had sounded more like today instead of the 70's. Tracks I loved, Spinning around, On a night like this, Butterfly. To me On a night like this has to be one of the best dance pop songs to come out this decade, and it was highly successful internationally. The Spinning Around video was extremely slick and I loved track when it reachs towards the end. It gives you a great club feel. Overall, this is some of her best work, not her best. She does a great job of mixing disco with modern day songs. If you love pop,techno, or disco this is a must have for your collection!
