Free Music Notes for Last KissFree Music Review: Good, but (like everyone says) no Garden State Hit: 4 Stars
This album is pretty similar to Garden State, but misses the truly amazing previously unknown tracks (like Frou Frou and Zero 7, etc.). Still, even in the world of iPods, it's nice to have a good mix of solid artists to pop in. Most of the best songs have already had decent airplay prior to the release of this album: Snow Patrol's "Chocolate", Imogen Heap's "Hide and Seek", and Amos Lee's "Arms of a Woman" are all fantastic classics. Rachael Yamagata's "Reason Why", Joshua Radin's "Star Mile", Radin & Fisk's "Paperweight", and Aimee Mann's "Today's the Day" are the lesser known but terribly worthy additions to this overall great album. At least listen to these tracks before you decide if it's worth it. I think it was.
Free Music Review: The Last Kiss = An Amazing Musical Experience Hit: 4 Stars
The Last Kiss soundtrack is great for anyone who wants to get to know some new artists. Zach Braff has great musical taste, and he showcases several talented musicians on this soundtrack. I would especially recommend this album to anyone who enjoyed the movie Garden State or its soundtrack. Many of the same artists from the Garden State soundtrack are featured here, making both albums equally great. There were definitely a few songs on the album that didn't appeal to me personally, but as a whole the soundtrack was pretty amazing.
Free Music Review: Very good, but not like his first Hit: 4 Stars
Very good songs--mostly mellow. His first soundtrack of Garden State was much better, though. Some of these are already on the radio, where as the last album was more obscure songs. I really like the song Pain Killer. Overall, Braff picks cool songs. If you liked Garden State, then this will still be good, but just not quite as good.
Free Music Review: Great Soundtrack Hit: 4 Stars
I had heard that Zach Braff fhand picked a lot of the music on this album so I had a vested interest in it. It turned out to be just as great as I thought it would be! He has a unique talent used not only for acting, but for music as well.
Hands down one of the best soundtracks I own!!
Free Music Review: Good music Hit: 4 Stars
I loved the music that i saw on the movie and had to have this cd. The soundtrack is very good. Songs from Snow Patrol, Coldplay, Carry Brothers, and Remy Zero are very good, along with some of the others. If you liked the music on the movie then you will love the soundtrack
