Free Music Review: exceptional album, sounds great even the 100th time around

I got this album a long time ago (sometime in 2007-2008), I am still listening to it now in 2010 with immense pleasure. Laura is more courageous in Italian (vs. when she sings in Spanish), I am jumping through hoops to get her original Italian versions of her albums and I am never disappointed (language IS a factor here and it DOES influence her singing subtly, although her Spanish is perfect). To me "Io canto" is Laura's best album so far, I highly recommend it, bravo, Laura!Free Music Review: Laura is Amazing

Laura is amazing! I don't agree with the few negative reviews. What a voice and what fun to listen to her sing the music that has meaning to her. Let yourself "feel" it. It is like getting to know her in a special way. Of course now I DO want to purchase some of what she has written. This is a great CD with a variety of music styles, with one common thread, Laura's passion. Even if you don't understand Italian you will learn to sing along. No. I do not speak a word of Italian and yes Pausini sounds as if she is yelling at her boyfriend for staying out late with the guys but still this is a great sounding album with some foot stomping tunes that I listened to again and again. If you can have only one Album where you have no idea what they are saying then this is the one for you. Io Canto?? Yes. I got the one in Spanish and in Italian, both of them are great! Laura's music has always been able to take me to a place where I can feel the warmth that only love feelings can provide you. Her music has always invited me to look deeper in my love issues, and most of the time I have been able to find relief and a way out.

I have the spanish version of this CD as well, and I love it!, as I wrote on its Review, if you heard Laura's cds before, you are used to the best, this CD is no exception.
You have high quality music and voice from the beginning to the end.
