It's quite a shame that Peter Allen wanted badly to do a musical about the 1920s prohibition era gangster Jack "Legs" Diamond and ended up as one of the biggest flops of the eighties.
While it is least likely to be revived a few songs from the show have resurfaced especially the opening "When I get My Name In Lights". Allen himself redid it on what would be his last album "Making Every Moment Count" also on RCA Victor (with Harry Connick Jr.) along with a few other songs in the Allen bio-musical The Boy from Oz (2003 Original Broadway Cast) Some of the Ozalots (fans of the show) would like to see it done as a revival. Maybe as a concert with Hugh Jackman...
