This girl is amazing. Her voice is pitch perfect and her album is great. I have listenend to it over and over again and never tire of hearing it. Mariah Carey and Leona Lewis are as good as each other and no direct comparison should be drawn. They both have their fan base.
The X Factor found a girl with a fantastic voice who was working as a receptionst. What is wrong with this kind of show finding such talent as Leona.
I only wish I could sing as well and I would not worry about how I was discovered.
America Idol is discovering great talent and without it how would these people shine through in such a large country as the US.
Well done Leona you are worth listening too and worth watching in the future.

To my lord and savior above Footprints In the Sand for guiding me through the good and bad times, thank you for always being there for me. Thanks Leona for the magic and sincere faith in your music. You are a star already for the world.

Some of you write some really long reviews lol. Anyway this cd is Awesome. I think that she will go a long way and her cd is number one this week so all the negative reviews can go out the window in my opinion. If your looking for older style whitney and mariah music before they headed into the rap and hip hop scene, this is it. Now to the one flaw. The song Homeless is on the UK version and why the omitted it was simply nuts. Theres a couple of ok songs that could have been removed instead like Angel or I'm You. Those two are just fillers to me. Homeless is an awesome cut and i recomened it anyone who loves leona who hasnt heard it yet. Anyway pick this one up its awesome!Free Music Review: The Spirit

Leona Lewis bursted onto the scene with her first single "Bleeding Love" which was every emotional and heart felt. This set expectations higher then usual. This album is a much needed breathe of fresh air in R&B. With so much r&b artist taking a turn to more hip-hop club type of music, it nice to see an artist making meaningful music. From the subject matter, production, and the vocals this album hits on all stages. Each song sound different and unique in its own way, In todays R&B that is rare.
Leona Lewis is a talented artist that I am looking forward to her future work. If this album is the first step then the sky is the limit.

Leona Lewis is the reason we have reality shows. Winning X-Factor in the U.K, and being the first woman to win is simply awesome. Leona Lewis has such an amazing voice she makes you believe the lyrics she's singing. With the first three singles, Bleeding Love, Better In Time, and Footprints In The Sand out in stores Leona Lewis is going to have a long career ahead of her. Here's to hoping for many of years to come of Leona Lewis. Unfortunately the U.S doesn't like new artists especially if they're not American but lets keep our fingers crossed that we can keep allowing Leona Lewis to release albums here in the U.S.
