Free Music Review: Great music from a great new singer

I love this album. Her voice is spectacular and there are some great songs here. My faves include Bleeding Love, Better in Time, Forgive Me and Take a Bow.
I'm not a fan of her version of The First Time Ever I Saw Your Face, but that's about the only one I really don't like. Although I usually do not like remakes as a rule, so others may enjoy this song.
Speculation about her ability to reach superstar status is premature, in my opinion. On its own merit, this album is worth having and I for one, will look forward to her future efforts.

At first you buy the CD for Bleeding Love, and it's just so amazing. But then there's all these other great songs too and your wondering why most of them aren't already singles! I mean some of the songs are slow at the beginning but then they break into a very great chorus! If you are timid to buy, just go with your gut and buy it! It's a great CD! I am in love with ALL the songs! That's good enough for me! She has an amazing voice! She sounds like Christina and Mariah in one! Be sure to watch for her in years to come because she is going to be the greatest of our time!Free Music Review: Speechless in Hawaii

There are no words to describe how amazing this album is! I've not heard a voice with such power and strength since...well...Whitney Houston or even Mariah Carey (!!!). Honestly, there is not ONE faltering moment on this album! When I first heard "Bleeding Love", I was completely blown away. I'm just happy I bought it on mp3. Had I bought the CD, it would already be worn out and scratched...definitely money down the drain.
I definitely recommend this album to EVERYONE. More than that, definitely buy it on mp3...it's worth it!

I was in tears the first time I heard and saw Leona Lewis. She,unlike many singers ,actually looks beautiful singing! She can be strong and powerful one minute,soft and sensitive the next,bouncy and hip the next, yet all the time consistently pleasant and fun to watch.
I imagine this young lady could stand up and sing with no accompaniment, no special lighting,no backing at all and still
be intensely entertaining,she touches the heart and moves the soul. This is one special woman!

I couldn't be happier with her CD. Her songs are so amazing. She has one of the most amazing voices. I ordered Alicia Keys' latest CD the same time as this and although I love Alicia, I listened to hers once and it didn't touch me as much as Leona's, maybe it's the time in my life that I'm at but the songs are more romantic. I can't wait for Leona to start touring. Would have been great if she joined Alicia on her 'As I am' tour.
I wish Leona all the best and hope she continues to be successful
