Lewis Black has to be one of the best comedians of our time. I saw him on Conan and instantly found his CD online and got me a copy. He has this persona of "I hate the world, everyone is stupid, I'm jewish and I'm angry"...something we all can relate with. No matter how much you want to bash him for yelling at the idiots in our world we all know you do the exact same thing in your living room with friends. I have listened to this album at least 4 times since I got it (2 days ago).Free Music Review: funny as can be

I have never laughed this hard when listening to a stand-up comedy act. His bluntness is hysterical from "The fall is here and all I can say is (...) fall!" to "I understand I use the word (...) alot and I don't give a (...)!" This is a must have but as you can see, it is NOT for kids or the faint at heart. Lewis Black is quite simply the funniest person on the planet. He brings new life to the comedy circuit at a time when it is drastically needed. For those of you who watch comedy central on a regular basis, some of the material will be familiar to you. Nevertheless, I can listen to this stuff over and over and continue to laugh out loud. Lewis Black is a phenomenal talent and I look forward to more of his work. Buy it and share it with friends!!!!Free Music Review: hilarious

I encourage everyone to get Lewis Black's CD (and catch his "Back in Black" segments on the Comedy Channel's DAILY SHOW)--but I'd especially encourage everyone to see his act live. He played here in Arizona last year and KILLED. He was nonstop funny for an hour. He's on the road now. Go see him. He did a rant about the Superbowl that I hope and pray ends up on his next CD. If you don't laugh at Lew's jokes, you don't have a sense of humor. =) Lewis's type of humor is sarcastic, bitter, and angry. I don't think that an album can do him justice since his on stage persona is so important to his success. You really have to see him live, doing standup, to enjoy it. His appearances on Comedy Central are even toned down compared to his live show. But, nevertheless, get ready to laugh your a** off with this CD!
