First I would like to say that I never thought you could overproduce a song until I heard the first song on the CD. Wyclef and Jerry Dupleises or however you spell it seem to have spent entirely too much time trying to make 25 to life the hottest song of the year. Woops!! on their part. All you needed for that song with all those nice MC's was a sweet guitar of piano loop with some nice scratch breaks at the end of every eight bars or so. But anyways on the rest of the CD. Most of the songs were pretty good. Wasn't really feelin the one cut by Talent though. I couldn't here the guys. Here's a good bit of advise fellas. If you can sing just sing and stop trying to be so damn cool on the mic. The beat was fat though, Rodney Jerkins, (need I say more.) The highlight though was not Fortunate, It was Its gonna rain, by Kelly Price. That right there should be an indication that her and R. should hook up on alot more future projects. Once more before I go I have to say I am not feeling anything Wyclef does on this CD. I am not a hater. I happen to actually like Wyclef for the most part. This is just the worst work I have ever heard him do. Come better next time man. Smooth ballads is the key for you R. please, please, please, stick with them.Free Music Review: Maxwell what a soulful voice

This soundtrack i think can be compared to another hot soundtrack by the name of Waiting to Exhale. With songs that sound as if they came straight from the heart. This is a wonderful soundtrack. Gets its point across without a lot of ignorance. Instead it has lots of heartfelt emotions and passion behind it. This Cd makes you think about things in life and you just begin to sit back and absorb its melodic tunes and messages. My favorite songs are Fortunate by Maxwell, It's gonna rain by Kelly price and Why Should I believe in you by Mya. Actually the entire cd is enjoyable and the other songs are beginning to grow on me. This is definitely a CD to be enjoyed!!!
