So I'm only halfway through the album and feel compelled to spread the love of Lifehouse. I saw them play Live with the Goo Goo Dolls this past summer before (obviously) I picked up the album so it was great hearing all these new songs that I had only heard once before. I feel as if I am reminiscing an old dream; beautiful work. "Whatever It Takes", "Who We Are" and "The Joke" already stand out as the gems of this album, although I'm really looking forward to Storm with Rocco DeLucca in a few minutes. Wade weaves a truly emotional canvas of words with his newest batch of lyrics. Their work as a whole entity is simply astounding.Free Music Review: Who we are hits the mark!

I really loved this album, I think it's there best since No Name Face. I liked there last 2 albums, but never as much as there first. This new album is great, it never leaves my CD player, almost every track is good, track 6 is the only one I don't like. Jason Wade has a great voice and is great at writing hit songs, and I think this will have more hits than any of the past albums. This one has a little more balance of there pop/rock sound and there adult contemporary sound than the last one that was mostly adult contemporary. "Disarray", "Who We Are" and "Storm" are my favorites. If you like Lifehouse, I Recommended you check out The Calling's 2 albums. Free Music Review: You won't be disappointed!

I enjoyed "No Name Face" when it was released some years ago. Unfortunately, for some reason I lost touch with Lifehouse...until this release! I can't say how happy I am that I bought this CD! I can hear a real development and maturation in the music and talent of the group. This disk is truly beautiful. Jason Wade's vocals send chills down my spine. Like their previous 3 cd's, Who We Are by Lifehouse is a great pop/rock cd! I don't think it will disappoint new or old fans.
In my opinion, this cd is one of their best, probably my favorite next to their first- No Name Face. The melodies and lyrics of their music are unbeatable, you can't get them out of your head (in a good way!). And when they sing a meloncholy song, it's absolutely magic. However, specifically this cd has more upbeat songs, compared to the others. If you like "First Time", I think you'll like the rest of the cd. Some of my favorites (other than First Time) are: Disarray, Whatever It Takes, Who We Are, Broken, Easier to Be, Make Me Over, Mesmerized...actually, it's very hard to pick just a few!
I saw Lifehouse in concert with the Goo Goo Dolls and just loved them live, nearly as much as I did the first time I saw them in 2001. I've been a huge fan for years and always recommend them to friends.
