Lilias gives us three guided meditations. The first, "Breathing and Stretching", is just over 21 minutes, where we are instructed in movements to soothe tired, achy muscles as well as breathing techniques. The second, "Simply Relax", is just over 10 minutes, and it helps you do just that -- relax. The third, "The Inner Smile", is over 28 minutes, and is a helpful healing technique for the entire body.
I was a fan of Lilias in the 1970's when I was a teenager, enjoying her relaxing PBS yoga program. Recently, health issues have sent me back to yoga, and who better to guide me than Lilias. These meditations are perfect when I need to take a quiet, rejuvenating break. Lilias is like an old friend, since I watched her many years ago, so her voice is very soothing to me.
