Free Music Notes for Lilo & Stitch AlbumFree Music Review: Nothing Great... Hit: 3 Stars
Lilo & Stitch was a big success for Disney. The mutated mouse named Mickey did a very good job of marketing the movie so EVERYONE knew the characters from it even without seeing the movie. In my case for example. I never saw the movie, but yet I have the soundtrack. Go figure.Anyway, the soundtrack does fit the movie very well, but it's not really anything great. I personally think the best song on the soundtrack is Hawiian Roller Coaster ride (track 1) even though it was mostly in Hawiian. It has a catchy tune. Then theres the Elvis, which is kind of outdated. I really don't get why Elvis got really popular around the time that the movie came out, but it's probably why they put it in the movies soundtrack. In my opinion, I think they could have found something better than Elvis. The song by A Teens is good, but that is if you like pop music. Then at the end of the cd there are a few tracks of the Movie's Score. The score actually sounded like it would be from a monster/stalker movie instead of an animated alien movie, but go figure. I didn't see the movie. Overall, the cd is listenable, but nothing great that you listen to for months straight...
