Free Music Review: A Definite Christmas Classic
Hit: 5 Stars

Linda Eder shows again why she is the most exciting singer of the past decade. I bought this disc back in October and it has constantly been played ever since. Her renditions of classics like "Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas, "What Child Is This" and "Do You Hear What I Hear" are warm and heartfelt. But it is the three new songs that delight the most. The title track "Christmas Stays The Same" is fantastic, sure to be a holiday favorite. Her dedication to her son "Christmas Through a Child's Eyes" is a simple, sweet moment. The last track though is the best. "The Bell's of St Paul" sung in her warm, strong, emotional style is a definite showstopper. This disc will be a favorite of Christmas's for years to come.

Free Music Review: A Holiday Gem
Hit: 5 Stars

It is always interesting to hear the "new" Christmas albums each year, which usually turn out the same old songs and same old arrangments. Thank God for Linda Eder. She always manages to breathe new life into old songs and for the first time in her recording career -- this album is loaded with them. Most notably, "Here Comes Santa..." medley is truely inspired as a swing, bluesy number, and the almost chamber orchestra version of "Drummer Boy" is outstanding. However, no song comes close to the amazing near tribal arrangements and vocal performance on "Do You Hear What I Hear?" Simply put, not only is this a wonderful additional to your holiday collection but will probably continue to find its way to the top of the pile.

Free Music Review: Spread the Word
Hit: 5 Stars

I'd love to buy this CD for everyone on my Christmas list, all my co-workers, friends, casual aquaintances and everyone who has not heard it. I don't have a musical background so I can't elaborate like others have done on the style, the arrangements, but I know what I like. The inclusion of many traditional songs, Silent Night, What Child Is This, only adds to my enjoyment of the CD. (Besides shouldn't we remember the 'reason for the season') At this point my co-workers remind me to start 'my' music if I don't start playing this early in the morning. My boss is now hooked on her version of Santa Claus is coming to Town. Truly if I could buy 100's of these and give them to strangers on the street to insure they've heard Ms. Eder's voice I would.

Free Music Review: "The Voice" Has Done It Again!!
Hit: 5 Stars

Linda and the "gang" have done it again. Linda's new holiday cd is wonderful, She gels old favorites with new Wildhorn classics. Her rendition of "Do You Hear What I Hear" is fresh and stirring, "The Little Drummer Boy" is magical! But the song that gave me those "Eder Chills" is "The Bells Of St. Paul" the sond is an instant classic, Filled with wonderful imagery and sweeping orchestration. It is worth the price of the cd. Last but not least, Is a Linda and Frank original(No, Not Jake)A lovely lullaby for every parent,"Christmas Through A Child's Eyes", Never has Linda sounded so tender. Thanks Linda & Frank

Free Music Review: The worlds best voice singing the holidays most loved songs!
Hit: 5 Stars

Linda Eders voice will certainly bring the Christmas spirit into your home with this fantastic collection of Christmas favorites and new songs. Stnadout tracks include her uplifting rendition of Do You Hear What I Hear backed by the Broadway Choir. Her version of O Holy Night is probably one of the best out there. Her voice is a gift from the Gods and should not be ignored.Every time I listen to hear I get chills up and down my spine. A perfect album for the holiday season as well as any time of the year. Also included are beautiful versions of Silent Night, Ave Maria, Little Drummer Boy, and Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas.
