Free Music Notes for Christmas Stays the SameFree Music Review: better than Barbara Hit: 5 Stars
Linda Eder has been called a future Barbara Streisand. Forget it! Barbara never was this good. After listening to this CD I knew she believed in what she was singing. Christmas through a child's eyes is extremely moving. The rest of the music, whether old favorites or new pieces are equally beautiful. I find that regardless of which CD you are listening to, she demonstartes a range and an ability to put over her song that would be difficult for anyone to exceed. This is a excellent album. After hearing it you will be convinced to buy the other 4 she has out. Do it, you will be glad you did.

Free Music Review: A CD only a grinch would dislike! Hit: 5 Stars
Having trouble getting into the spirit? Frustrated by hordes of holiday shoppers? Think Christmas is too commercial? Try listening to this album, and become enchanted with the holidays all over again. Linda Eder puts her spin on some Christmas classics and adds three new tunes as well. You've probably never heard a version of "Do you Hear What I Hear?", or "Oh Holy Night" like this before. I guarantee you'll be singing along...(at the top of your lungs). Linda Eder puts more feeling and emotion into a few notes, than most artists put on a whole album. ENJOY.
Free Music Review: Christmas in October? Why not? Hit: 5 Stars
This is one of the best Christmas albums I have ever heard. And I am not ashamed to admit that I have been blasting it in the middle of October. Linda has done it again. Adding her own personal touch to songs that have been loved forever. The result is amazing. New versions of songs such as "Silent Night" and "O Holy Night" will have you spellbound, and her new song "The Bells of St. Paul", is magnificent. Don't wait untill December to get this CD. You miss out on two whole months of amazing music. But what else did you expect, it Linda Eder?
Free Music Review: Linda Stays The Same -- Brilliant !! Hit: 5 Stars
There really is no measure to the talents of Linda Eder. As with all her albums, every song she lends her voice to becomes beautiful. Highlights include 'Silent Night', where Linda shows her multi-octave range to tremendous effect, and 'Have Yourself a Merry little Christmas'. 'The Bells of Saint Paul' is a beautiful piece, and again showcases Eder's extrodinary voice. The orchestration is also wonderful throughout the recording, especially in the numbers mentioned above, and the swing/jazzy medley's on the cd. All in all - you cannot fail to love the magic of Linda Eder.
