Last night I saw Lionel Richie in concert and he was phenomenal. It helps when you have a repetoir like his. He is one of the best songwriters out there and after all of the years, he's still getting it done. His ballads are stunning and the faster songs are contagious.
Here, I'd say my favourites are Running With The Night, Hello, Still and Stuck On You. Actually, there are more but I don't want to bore you. He has such a smooth and silky voice and is very, very talented. You have to get this cd if you are a fan of his and you must, must, must check him out in concert too if you are so fortunate to have him visit your town. I love him and easily give this five stars.

This is without a doubt the best album I have ever owned. It has made me realize the incredible talent of Lionel Richie - as a songwriter and as a singer. The music is beautifully made - I listened to the album through Bose headphones which allowed me to hear every note and to appreciate the magic. It's a fun album - will take you back - and help you remember times of your life. Most of the songs are very familiar but the added songs are wonderful and add to the incredible depth and range of the album. This is a very nice collection of Lionel Richie's work he has done some good work in the past he is truly an artist and he deserved every award that he had ever received he had wrote and sung so many great songs of all time he is truly a master and he deserves his props he was a musical geinus and he has extraodinarily talent but his musical roots started with Motown with the Commodores and he did some exceptional work with them and by himself I so therefore this is a truly nice Lionel Richie Collection!!!!!!Free Music Review: This Collection Is OUTRAGEOUS!

Long-time Lionel Richie fans will cherish this ultimate collection of hits from his solo days as well as his days with the Commodores. I adore his two new songs, "To Love A Woman" (with Enrique Iglesias) and "Goodbye". Fans will REALLY love the five-track bonus disc which features Lionel's version of "Lady", the number-one smash he wrote for Kenny Rogers. All in all, this "Definitive Collection" should be a "must buy" for all his fans. OUTRAGEOUS!
