I own several Liquid Mind albums, and although all are wonderful, I do have favorite tracks from each that I enjoy listening to over and over. This album contains all of them.
This is a great way to introduce family and friends to Liquid Mind. One gentle and relaxing way to share the peace and tranquility.
The playlist is displayed on Amazon, so there should be no surprise as to what you are getting. It is NOT new music. This album contains tracks from several previously released albums. It does not disappoint.

Am delighted with this CD. Wouldn't suggest listening to it while driving, but for relaxation and sleep, it can't be beat. Too many music CD's that claim to be for relaxation or meditation have sections that are shrill, busy, or too complex. This lovely collection of pieces allows the listener to sink into a rich, slow-motion series of musical vignettes. The selections are not predictable or repetitive, but do provide that floating, peaceful sensation that best accompanies deep relaxation. I love Liquid Mind, so much so that I have purchased almost all of the previously released albums. But, with Relax, I was expecting new music, only to find that 7 of 8 tracks are from Liquid Mind III, IV, V, VI & VIII. There is only one new track, with no information to that effect in the advertising. Pretty disappointing, even a little insulting when the jacket thanks you for paying for the music (twice.)Free Music Review: Get ready to relax

Tranquility at it's best. Great for meditation, calming those fussy babies, or just to relax at the end of a good OR bad day.
