Free Music Notes for Little Shop of Horrors (2003 Broadway Revival Cast)Free Music Review: Why no Mean Green Mother form Outer Space Hit: 5 Stars
The song Mean Green Mother form Outer Space is basicully bad in the show which appers on the disk and the reason why Mean Green Mother form Outer Space is not in show probably is because of the fact that Warner Brothers owns the rights to that song (it was written for the movies)so it would cost hmm a few thousand dollars just to sing the song every night that is why people you wont except for bad will ever see Mean Green Mother form Outer Space on stage
Free Music Review: Great Extras from a Great Musical Hit: 5 Stars
This revival covers the distance made famous by the original and, later, movie version of LSoH. What makes the difference? The songs that didn't make it. "The worse he treats me" features Alan Menken, composer, singing as Audrey about her abusive dentist boyfriend. Seeing this and the other songs that were cut in their basic form makes one mourn all over again for Howard Ashman, the lyricist of LSoH.
Free Music Review: Musical soundtract reaches same height as movie Hit: 5 Stars
Being a big fan of the movie little shop of horrors I was excited to find out it was on broadyway. I have seen some offbroadway version of the show. I thought the music on the cd was great and that it bring the whole story to life as it was men't to be. I thought the difference between the movie soundtract and this one really made the soundtract good. I recommend buying the movie soundtract as well.
Free Music Review: Let's Shop at "Little Shop" Hit: 5 Stars
WOW! Once I listened to the new cast recording of LITTLE SHOP, I was hooked. The singing was amazing! If this show doesnt win for Best Revival of a Musical at the Tonys there there is something wrong. Hunter Foster leads a talented, youthful, and energetic cast and all are Tony winners in my mind.
Free Music Review: Little Shop of Horrors Review Hit: 5 Stars
I thought This CD was great, I saw the play and this has all of the songs and violence of the play. I would reccomend this CD to people who like mo-town, love songs, horror songs, and Jewish songs. I thought it was a great CD.
