Alone in a mountain top condo and turned the TV on and there it was....Live from Dublin.
Was I in heaven? The best band I have ever heard was joyously kicking it with Bruce Springsteen fusing Celitc to gospel and Dixieland with banjos,fiddles & accordion and horns to die for.
I cannot remember ever being happier. What a splendid tribute to Americana agrarian music! Five Stars!

We watched this concert on PBS and my two and half year old son who LOVES music (he's a huge Dan Zanes fan) went wild when he heard the folky set.
We bought the cd and we pretty much listen to it everyday. He loves "Pay Me My Money Down" and "This Little Light of Mine". This is an excellent compilation and believe me, I have listened to it many, many times :)

I believe this is one of the best collections of live music I've heard. You can hear the both the musicians' and the crowd's joy in the performance of every song. This is also a great cd for younger kids as my 2-1/2 year old son can attest. Many car rides include requests for 'Old Dan Tucker' coming from the back seat.Free Music Review: I'm all for Patti

I have to say, one of the many reasons I love this album is because Bruce finally features Patti. I think she's incredibly talented. Aside from that, this really is Bruce's masterpiece. This album arrived with one of the CD's smudged. It appeared that the CD protruded through the cardboard case and picked up some adhesive. I was able to dlean off the smudge enough for the CD to play (so far), rather than the hassle of getting a replacement.
The music is great.
