When you are able to be appreciative and grateful now for what you are and have, your life will change.In simple words,change the way you see your world and the world does change.I began with reading The Secret and then got the Living The Secret Workbook. It really kept me on track, living in the NOW and happy.
When this CD came out I quickly ordered it. And I must say I was not disappointed. Each morning and evening I listen to it to continually remind me of all I have to be grateful for...what a feeling of delight!
The CD is divided into 4 sections. It starts you off with a wonderful relaxation exercise; then it summarizes the important principles of the LOA and most importantly guides you to embrace and affirm your gratitude and these principles. I give this my highest recommendation.Oprah is right:the LOA is the secret to creating the life you want.

Listen and your life will change. Yes there are a few issues with the
sound delivery but if you take in these glorious messages daily, you can't help but change the way you think and isn't that the key. I've been focusing on the gratitude section- to accept me and my world because I have been sooo trained to facing the problems and seeing the negative. I now know that is okay... I am aware...I am changing by accepting me...it has been amazing. If you can afford only one tool...buy this one; if 2 purchase the workbook along with it.

I have heard other meditation cds before on this topic and found they were not as complete and powerful as this one. I loved the idea that after your relaxation track then they give you the background of the Law of Attraction and the other tracks the application. I just loved the sequence which made it even more compelling. The book was great and this cd just reinforces it. I give it a A+.Free Music Review: Soothing and Relaxing CD
