Free Music Notes for Forse Le Lucciole Non SiFree Music Review: Symph prog at its best !!! Hit: 5 Stars
I agree this is a masterpiece. Both the music and the voices are briliant. The music is complex but has also melodic sides, and this album can easily be compared to the earlier english prog masterpieces such as 'close to the edge' or ' the lamb lies down on broadway'. It's a shame that the CD version features two tracks that have nothing in common with the rest of the album. But, overall, I recommend this CD to all fans of symph prog.
Free Music Review: Great classic prog! Make no mistake! Hit: 5 Stars
I must join people who called the album "lost masterpiece", "amazing", etc. This album is easly in the same league as Yes' Fragile, ELP's Tarkus, 70th King Crimson, etc. No weak points here, period! Great musicanship, great melodies, superb arrangement, great vocal. Classical symphonic progressive rock at its best! Buy it, and you won't be disaapointed!
Free Music Review: When I were young Hit: 5 Stars
My sister and me used to listen to this record when we were teen agers and without problems! Now everything is different but our emotions in hearing these instruments and these voices are the same of 20 years ago. Anyway, we must say that the record is always very inspired and we still love it. Lucciole's fans, please write something: mcarofiglio@iol.it. Thanks!
Free Music Review: Brilliant, no weak points! Hit: 5 Stars
I rarely give albums 5 stars (see my other reviews), but this one is special. No weak points at all, excellent music and production. So, you really can call this album "masterpiece". It is better, then a number of well-known prog-rock albums and realkly deserve your attention!
Free Music Review: excellent Hit: 5 Stars
A masterwork of the late italian progressive rock era. Blends beautifully the elements of mediterranean music with those of rock, wonderfully played, note the piano and harpsichord work its superb, a great record
