I have had this cd before, my [...]son stepped on it and broke it. I had to have it replaced. When I am sick, or just needing to relax I put on Loreena Mckennitt. Her soothing voice and music makes my stress level go way down. The music also helps lull my children to sleep if they are having a fitful time getting to sleep. This is one of my favorite cds ever. I am never without a copy of it. It is a must have if you like celtic types of music, or if you have fussy kids. I highly recommend this cd.
