This is one of the greatest CDs. ever. I was nervous for this CD from lori because this was her first major record release, but boy was I foolish. Lori has always stayed herself, and the same can be said for this CD. Unglamorous, the first song released was one of the best looks at blue collar life and her gritty real voice makes the song great, not cheesey. All of these songs are excellent, some of my favs being your next lover, Falter-which she has released before but Faith harmonizes with her, and leaving this life-which is about Lori's moms death. I would not skip a single song on this CD and highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys Lori Mckenna or who is looking for an artist that sings true songs and writes about real life. Lori McKenna is the real deal.
