If you're a fan of pure musicianship, then this is a good buy. Classic grooves from some of L.A.'s "first-call" players, all recorded in a live, uninhibited setting. Cut in the late 80's, it may take some time to get past some of the "dated" sounds from the instruments, but once you put that into perspective, you'll find yourself grooving with a bunch of cats that have been behind countless hit records and tours. If you love hearing great musicians "stretch their legs", this is a must-have!!!
