Free Music Notes for A Little Bit of Mambo

Free Music Review: Just Good Fun!
Hit: 5 Stars

I bought this CD, like I've bought so many others, for one song. And, unlike the others, I was pleasantly surprised by the rest of the tracks on "A LITTLE BIT OF MAMBO."

Melodies and harmonies are perhaps predictable, but the instrumentals are great and, overall, the tracks on this CD are just fun to listen to. Perfect for driving music. And, while the lyrics aren't the most intellectual around, they, too, will make you smile.

I challenge you to sustain a bad mood listening to this CD.

Free Music Review: Mambo no. 5 is a No. 1 hit wonder!
Hit: 1 Stars

Oh common, can a song have more copies than this! How many times can you here Mambo no. 5? This cd goes on for 13 tracks repeating the same song! I'm warning you: Don't get this cd!

Free Music Review: A great party CD- very energetic and fun
Hit: 5 Stars

If you're looking for a CD with meaningful lyrics, don't look here. But If you want a fun CD that you can dance to, this is it. I liked the Latin-y sound it has to it, and all of the jazzy trumpets and trombones. All of the songs don't sound the same, which some reviewers claim. They are all in the same style, but there is diversity. I really really like this CD, and I recommend it.

Free Music Review: Critics Schmitics
Hit: 4 Stars

Lou, you can "Tricky Tricky" me all you want with a "Mambo" & "Ice Cream".....'cuz no matter what the critics say, "You Keep Me Smiling Baby"!

And isn't THAT what good tunes are all about? Wanna be happy? Buy Bega & enjoy.

if you find my comments interesting, please click the "yes"--thanks--CDS

Free Music Review: No good ; Mindless
Hit: 1 Stars

Mambo no. 5 was a big hit a few summers ago, but the follow-up "I've got a girl" was really Mambo no. 5 version 2 ! It was the same rhytm, the same chords, the same music, just different lyrics. If you like music that's extremely simple and mindless, I recommend this album, however if you prefer variation in tones and an occasional different beat, I suggest you find something else than mambo no. 5. Because this cd doesn't really feature mambo music, it's just a po(o?)pped up version of cuban and caribian rhytms.
