Techno Pop is a mellow song with a beautiful refrain, What Happened To The Nights is a good up-tempo song in which Lou still nails the high notes, and his recording of Mr. Dieingly Sad is a very good cover of the Critters classic song. Most of the other tracks are average to good songs which are elevated by the high quality of Lou's vocals.
In my opinion, Lou's voice is even better than it was when he recorded his excellent pop hits in the 1960's. His maturation has resulted in a smoother, richer, baritone sound that few of today's recording artists can match.
