Free Music Review: I expected a great album.

This is a disappointing, uninspiring and blase rendition of Luis Miguel's talent. With two exceptions, there is little of his creative and talented compositions. His same-same orchestra drowns him out and he really should lose his percussionist. Go out there and find a new sound and get away from the orchestral arrangements. It is really a waste of his prodigious talent and such a shame. For me the real Luis Miguel with his incomparable love lyrics is Todo es Igual with beautiful love renditions sung with feeling, also there is a variation in his musical backgrounds. His wonderful classic renditions of oldies but goodies and an outstanding orchestral background remain his Romances and Segundo Romance. He needs to re-invent himself and really tap his potential - jaded perhaps with his financial success and love-life. Perhaps. Luis Miguel ha sido uno de los mejores cantantes Latinos existentes, y con este cambio (respecto a los Boleros), ha sido un éxito rotundo de todas formas... Si bién antes se inclinaba por los boleros, el estilo de música actual ha acaparado a mucha más gente de la esperada, otra victoria para este grán artista. This CD has the quality and musicality that we expect from a talented musician like Luis Miguel. The songs showcase his ability and the style that mde him "el rey". However, this CD lacks that extra something that makes this CD stands out from the rest. I don't know if he is afraid of a failure after the tremendous success of Romance series, or what. Seems like he is going for the safest way to reach the maximum audience for the past few years. It is a good marketing plan,though.Free Music Review: Well-rounded CD

I borrowed this CD from a friend, and I am glad to say that "Amarte Es Un Placer" is just another proof of how good Luis Miguel is. The singing is great and the lyrics are outstanding. As mentioned in a previous Review, I also believe that "Me Estoy Enamorando" is a better production. The song "Si Tu Supieras" has to be the best song around, and who better than Alejandro to interpret it. Masterful lyrics by Kike Santander, adds a magic touch to the CD. "Me Estoy Enamorando" is for the serious and for those who love poetry and romantic verses. Anyhow, "Amarte Es Un Placer" is a must for all LM fans :).Free Music Review: JUST GREAT

This CD is magnificent. His voice is better than ever, and the songs are pure poetry and rythm. I believe that this is the best Luis Miguel's cd since "soy como quiero ser".
