This is one volume in the Set Your Life to Music series by Phillips. The songs are gentle lullabies which when heard while sad and alone, enhance that bittersweet longing for that certain person. They may even inspire you to go out and find that person!Undoubtedly critics will say the songs are kitschy and that listening to compilations such as this is inferior to dedicated study of a composer's work. Well maybe. But life is not steam cleaned, sanitizied, and wrapped in plastic and I'll take my music any way it has an effect.
