I love this CD! I can't stop playing it. If you are a gospel music fan I definitely recommend it. Although it is from an older artist, this music is still good. If you are into the older style gospel I highly recommend it. This is good old-fashioned praise. None of that one-step from the club gospel that people are coming out with today. I am a "young-un" but I love classics. Luther Barnes is a man that God has blessed with an amazing voice and song-writing talent and a wife with a voice to match. The whole Barnes family is blessed. The CD is Luther Barnes featuring the Red Budd Gospel Choir. Luther & his wife Debra provide most of the leads but we also see Luther's daddy, Rev. F.C. Barnes, Martha & James Barnes, and Sean Barnes.

A feel-good worship song with several leads
2. I'm Still Holding On
This is truly a testimony. A song to relate to. Debra provides the vocals for basically the whole song. Luther & the choir come in at the end.

A hand-clapping toe-tapping song
4. No Matter How High I Get
One of my favs. It's telling you no matter how high a status or wealth you accumulate in life you should still keep looking up towards heaven.

Beautiful sound. The title explains it all

Was awarded Choir of the Year back during the 80s. Love this one too.

Leads by James & Martha Barnes. Nice sounding but moves kind of slow. The only one I'll skip through.
