Free Music Review: The story of his Lyfe

Lyfe does a great job here of giving you a peek into his personal experiences, and for the most part the ride is enjoyable. Whether he's lamenting about not having someone to hold on to in the single 'Must be Nice' or he singing about doing time in 'Cry' he sings it with enough heart to make it beyond believable. He touches upon finding the right woman (in 'The Way I Feel About You') and even finding god (in '26 years, 17 days') and he even hates on ex-girlfriends in 'Greedy' and full of themselves churchfolk on 'Made up my Mind' but it's songs like 'Hypothetically' sung with Erin and 'I Can't' that really stick out as cream of the crop. All in all this is a good album that suffers from not being unique enough in areas to really grab your attention and be remembered in the long run, but it has it's momments, and when you hear them you'll be pleased.Free Music Review: Great, soul cd

I would like to start of by saying this is one of the best albums that I have ever heard. I was introduced by my sister and I have been hooked ever since I have two copies one for the car and one for home. He is a great writer, singer, everything wrapped into one..And the words to the songs ring a bell so true, he speaks words through his heart. It is good to hear a postive voice in our culture, that speaks of the more important things in life...If you buy this album you will cherish it for all times...God Bless and take care.Free Music Review: must buy this !!!!
