Free Music Notes for One More From the RoadFree Music Review: better than I thought It would be Hit: 5 Stars
Jesus H Christ! What an album, "I mean CD". This CD blew my socks off! Un Friggen believable. I could not stop playing it. I bought the original back in 1977 before the plane went down. This was the album that really turned me on to Skynyrd. The sound is so much more improved on this new CD. Best live Album I have EVER heard! Nothing else comes close. Not the Eagles. Not Frampton, Nobody. PERIOD!
Free Music Review: SKYNYRD RULES Hit: 5 Stars
ONE OF THE GREATEST ROCK BANDS IN HISTORY. THIS WAS RECORDED AT THE FOX THEATRE IN ATLANTA IN 1976. IT CAPTURES THE ESSENCE OF LYNYRD SKYNYRD IN ALL THEIR SOUTHERN ROCK GLORY AT THE HEIGHT OF THEIR CAREER. IF YOU'VE EVER BEEN TO A SKYNYRD SHOW BEFORE THE ACCIDENT, YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN. THEY TRULY ROCKED THE HOUSE DOWN EVERY TIME THEY GOT ON STAGE. AND THIS IS A TESTAMENT TO THEIR TALENT.
Free Music Review: Awesome! Hit: 5 Stars
I saw Skynyrd in 1974 when Sweet Home Alabama was released and didn't know much about them then. I saw the 2x more and they just got better every time. This new release of One more From the Road is probably the best live album ever! I know that's saying a lot but just close your eyes and you are front row center at the Fox Theater. This should be in everyones CD collection!
Free Music Review: Old days Hit: 5 Stars
I bought this for my hubby for Christmas but that didn't last, he got his paws on it and into the cd player it went. We both owned this when it was a record and the turntable was a big thing. I actually think... no I know it sounds better than back in the day when it had all the snap, crackles and static. Love the cd bunches! I am happy to own this again!
Free Music Review: THE BEST LIVE LP EVER MADE! Hit: 5 Stars
I have owned this since it came out on vinyl and still think it was the best live LP ever made. You could not ask for better sound and better "punch" then this! It really makes the studio recordings of some of the songs sound LAME! Only "Frampton Comes Alive" (Peter Frampton) is even a close second in great live recordings. I love it!
