This album could have made am extremely strong case for best album of 2000. Almost Every song is on point. They spit real lyrics and Dj Premier produced almost the whole album. How can you go wrong? You Can't. ....Both Danze and Fame are very good rappers but if i had to choose id say i like Lil Fame more. ....
The only wack song on the album is Nig-gotiate. It is straight corny and the beat is unbelievably wack.
Anyhow, front to back, this cd can go toe to toe with many classics. .... Five Star Classic!

Mash Out Posse are finally in the big leagues of rap with popular stars such as Xzibit, Mobb Deep and Lil' Kim. After signing onto Loud Records, they finally drop their major label release and it is no dissapointment. The album is just a pleasure to listen to for any rap fan and my favourite tracks are'Ante Up', 'Cold As Ice' and 'Warriorz'. The beats are phat and it is lyrically tight. As a hardcore M.O.P fan, I like the underground M.O.P more, (in my opinion they will never top 1996's 'Firing Squad') but Warriorz is still a 5 star classic and if you're a rap fan you should buy this now. They are some of the tightest cats ever and they will be HUGE. Buy Warriors now, it's one of the best of '99 as far as I'm concerned.

With all the ... mainstream rap albums that came out in 2000 I thought there wouldn't be one good one. This one proved me wrong, the whole CD is tight from the beats (courtesy of DJ Premier) to the lyrics and back to the production. M.O.P. rips on the current state of rap from the ... sell-outs to the bling-bling trend and back.
