This CD came BEFORE the promised date and without any scratches or skips. The plastic jewel case was cracked, probably from shipping, but this did not matter to me. We bought this CD for our young granddaughter who loved the song "Monday, Monday," which this disc contains. However, she really liked all the other songs included in the collection. Another fan for the Mamas and the Papas!!!!
