I saw this movie on Thursday, and bought the soundtrack on the way home from the theater! I have listened to it non-stop for 3 days and still can't get enough of it. Abba fans will truly love it, but anyone who likes musicals, for their catchy tunes and lyrics, will love this CD. There are some slower numbers, but most jump right along. If you liked the movie, you should have this soundtrack! Crank this up while driving or doing housework - the time spent will FLY by!Free Music Review: Great and glorious Fun!

I have seen the movie 6 times. I think that says a lot for the music. I especially love the CD because the cast members sing their own songs. I bought 2 CDs and gave one to a friend who has seen the movie numerous times. When I was in Border's book store here in Hawaii, I was told by the manager that as soon as people had seen the movie, they came into the store to buy the CD. The music is wonderful and the CD plays in my work/craft room every day. Thank you so much.Free Music Review: "FUN"

This is SO enjoyable to listen to! The "energy" is contageous! I'm so impressed with all the actors' singing (especially Amanda Seyfried and Meryl Streep). There are cruel reviews re: Pierce Brosnan going from "James Bond" to this. His songs were fine (and just as enjoyable as the others). Whatever happened to "if you can't say something nice, don't say anything at all". I applaud Pierce for having the "guts" to put himself "out there" to do something different!Free Music Review: I've already won out the soundtrack!

What an absolutly delightful movie. I loved the bright and colorful scenery and the music was everything all have said. I too couldn't stop laughing and found more than once the need to surpress the urge to clap once a song was complete. The singing was real! These folks aren't intended to be vocalists and I think they did a great job. I'll probably see the movie more than once and will certainly buy the DVD when out - just hope it doesn't take to long.Free Music Review: Great Music, great movie

The soundtrack to Momma Mia is very good. Meryl Streep and Amanda Seyfried have amazing voices. While Peirce Brosnan's voice is not as good he gives it is all (especially in S.O.S) and certainly did not need to be called a water buffalo (someone on a Sunday morning show called him that) Colin Firths voice is not as good, but the soundtrack is very good and the songs are very catchy staying implanted in your mind long after you hear them
