Maná is one of the better known and talented recording artists to come out of Latin America in recent years. This particular CD contains a recording from MTV Unplugged of some of the group's best songs. In particular, some of Mana's most impressive tracks include the live versions of their hits:

-Te Solté la Rienda
From very high energy to slower melodies, the music is a tremendous represenation of Rock en Español with catchy latin rhythms combined with the best influences of modern rock. You don't need to speak Spanish to appreciate the music on this CD. Buy it and you'll enjoy it.

I'm originally from Holland but I live on Aruba for one year. We went to Venezuela for the holidays and we heard Mana everywhere, so we bought Suenos Liqiudos there, as a souvenir. On Aruba I bought the Unplugged CD and when my parents from Holland came here to visit me, they fell in love with the music, too, so they took an album with them as their souvenir. Now I have to go back to Holland in five weeks but I don't really feel like it. I hope I'll see Mana playing Live once, if they come to visit Aruba before the end of November. But at least, when I'm at back in Holland, and it's raining, snowing and cold, I'll have this music to keep me warm!!!Free Music Review: Los Amo' and I think that you are the best en todo el mundo

I heard this CD when I was wandering around Lima, Peru. Everytime I started to wander away from the shop, another track came on. I left with the CD, realizing I paid more than twice what Amazon charges, and believe me, it was still worth it. This music is not icky-sweet, but it is incredibly uplifting uplifting in a funky way. I listen to it on my peaceful Sunday mornings when the weariness of the week is finally slippping from my shoulders, and it just lifts my heart with the passion and longing and harmonies and wonderful unusual beats. Now all my friends take turns borrowing it :-) (we don't find copies easily in Stockholm, Sweden :-)Free Music Review: a superbe mix of latin american music and pop/rock

I didn't know Mana' before listening to their MTV Unplugged CD.Mixing latin american music and pop and country rock has traditionally proved to be quite difficult, but Mana' got it made!My favourite cut is "Rayando el sol" (try to play it in your car.... on a sunny day of course) , but also all the other songs are absolutely super. This Cd is a "must have" for anybody who appreciates country rock and fine pop music and is fascinated by lyrics in spanish.It's definitely going to be my summer "soundtrack".By the way, thanks to Amazon I already have other Cds of Mana'which confirm their great talent.
