I listen to latin music all the time, but not spanish rock. Then I heard Mana, and I was blown away by their talent. The music, lyrics and the great rock voice of Fernando. Mana, MTV Unplugged is the only live music cd I have because I don't like live music cds. Mana is the only group that sounds great live. If you love rock, give this a try. For those of you who can't get into Ricky Martin, Jennifer Lopez or any other "Latin Sensation" should give this CD a try. From the first moment I heard "Rayando El Sol" in a small bar in Ecuador, I became hooked. I haven't stopped listening to this CD. Their use of many instruments, like strings and horns, to the powerful vocals make it addictive. And this comes from someone who doesn't speak any Spanish.Free Music Review: INCREDIBLY TIGHT GROUP!

First heard them on a "studio album". Awesome! Came online and found the unplugged album and gave them a listen. This band is tight, they anticipate each others next note! The lyrics,full of passion! "En El Muelle De San Blas" makes you want to cry for lost love..."Cuando Los Angeles Lloran" makes you angry! What more can I say? This album of Mana is one that every body should have and for those who do not know Mana it is recommended to accquire at once. Their music transends to the unimaginable corners of the world. It has all those songs that make you think about the world and the people who live in it, especially VIVIR SIN AIRE. I am a fan of Mana since 1993.... Sergio Vallin...is very talented and he has the ability to blend different styles to Mana's rock calypso. He can play any style from rock, salsa, jazz, reggae, punk, rancheras, banda and even cumbias and make them sound like an eternal experience. I definetly give 5 Stars to this Album. Mana is latin rock's Led Zepplin of the new millenium.
