Free Music Review: My first Mana CD...

I am trying to learn Spanish, and a good friend of mine told me to listen to some Spanish music: she recommended Mana. I LOVE this CD, I listen to it every day in my car, and am working on translating the lyrics one song at a time. I think the music is awesome, the lyrics are clever, and I really love the "traditional old-school latin/caribbean style". I think my favorite song is Sábanas Frías. If Mana tours again to the Pacific Northwest area I will definitely be in the crowd.Free Music Review: revolucion de amor

This album is one of the best albums I have heard it has a little bit of everything im a fan of mana and that is why I like this band because it has a variety in their music the songs the stand out in this album to are angel de amor, nada que perder eres mi religion and mariposa traicionera the things that I like most about the band is that their very down to earth and they care about the social issues that affect the world plus they have a great guitarrist and probably the best drumer in the worldFree Music Review: Mana rocks on

In my opinion Mana is the best spanish rock band there is. I think this album is some of thier best work yet. The music is amazing and the lyrics are good as well. Revolucion de Amor lives up to Mana's other work. I can't get it out of my cd player. Ever since I saw them in concert a month ago in Santa Barbara I have been listening to nothing but Mana. This has got to be one of Mana's best works. It is a little different than Suenos Liquidos, but its great either way. This CD talks about repression, immigrants dying on the border, lost loves...it is the best. I swear, that Fher sounds like an angel singing Mariposa de Amor. This is the type of CD that just wants to make you sing. It's got some great melodies, great guitar, I cannot wait to see them in concert. All I can say is wow! Who can compare to Mana? They have put out so much great music it is just unbelievable. The music mesmerizes you, awakens you. Anyone with anything negative to say is either over-analyzing or just wouldn't know good music if smacked them in the face. Mana's tunes are a blend of excellent instrumental, thrilling vocals, and damn good lyrics. You will want to play these tracks over and over again.
