To clarify, I am about as far from a legit opera critic as it's possible to be. That being said, I love this CD and blast it every chance I get. It's beautiful, haunting, sad, and lovely, all at the same time--much like Callas herself, whose life was akin to an operatic tragedy. I especially love the Mozart aria. Opera fan or not, this CD will impress you. Regardless of whether you speak the languages, you will understand everything Callas conveys.Free Music Review: Truly the best!
