Man, I can't believe I waited 1.5 years to buy this thing and never heard anything really about it. His last albums have sucked so bad. This one is sick with loads of guitar not heard since Portrait. Album kinda reminds me of a cross between all that's good in Portrait and Mech. Animals. Guitar alone is worth the album. His vocals are pretty good and there are at least 6 really good tracks which is more than any of his last cd's put together. Ok, i know Manson is an acquired taste, but for the people who love Manson and his lyrics, this album wont disappoint.its not as heavy as his earlier work but its still manson.Free Music Review: Tasty Change of Pace

Ballads, Lead guitars ripping, wild colorful portraits. This is first rate rock music. Not much like his LEST WE FORGET collection, but why compare one studio album with 15 years of his best work. This album stands on its own as good hard nail biting rock with a flair for the weird perverse and shocking (of course). Highly recommended if you enjoy this wildman and his music. This one may take a bit longer to embed in your synapses but I bet it stays in there for a long time. This was my first Marilyn Manson CD! It was really good! I only bought it for one song. Here's my story; When I saw the preview to Max Payne, I liked the song they played, called If I Was Your Vampire That's why I bought this CD. Now, when I think of that song, I think of Max Payne, and when I play Max Payne, I think of that song. In a weird way, Max Payne brought me to Marilyn Manson. The other two songs I like are Putting Holes in Happiness, and They Said That Hell's Not Hot. I highly recommend EAT ME, DRINK ME!!!Free Music Review: Not a Great Buy

Wasnt that great of a CD it seemed like all he was really sing about in all his songs was about it past Girlfriend, Im a big M.Manson fan but i think he losing his touch in the music.
