Free Music Notes for Eat Me Drink MeFree Music Review: Wake up People Hit: 5 Stars
Eat Me Drink Me is a good rock and roll album! Good Lyrics and each song is sung in a unique way. EMDM is filled with good ole fashioned power chords and guitar riffs. EMDM has a different sound for Marilyn Manson and shows that he has expanded his musical taste.
MM has finally gone mainstream with Eat Me Drink Me but he definitely did not sell out. He is still very much Marilyn Manson. EMDM is easily worth the money it cost to purchase it.
Free Music Review: different but great Hit: 5 Stars
i love this cd .. its different from the hardcore stuff like anti christ superstar.. but its still Marilyn Manson.. some people think MM should stick to the hardcore sound.. but i like it when MM does different styles cause he puts his unique sound and voice on it.. some of the songs had an 1980's feel to it.. cause some songs had decent guitar solos..
this cd had a nice rock sound to it.. not hardcore but not soft.. just good
Free Music Review: New sound, classic and snazzy Hit: 5 Stars
The head-banging, throat-screaming stuff of old was catchy, but this is just stylish. Manson has elevated himself to a new level of quality. The CD is very different from anything he's done before, and the music sounds more mature, more rich. I have a feeling many who aren't traditional fans are going to like it, but being a heavy listener in the past I was not disappointed at all. I'm glad I bought Eat Me and will listen to it often.
Free Music Review: This album made a fan out of me . . . Hit: 5 Stars
I think this album is lots of fun. It has enough weirdness and ghoulishness to sound like it comes like Marilyn Manson, but it has a pop sensibility to it that makes it accessible to people like me who are just getting exposed to Manson's music and don't like things to get too spooky and serious. I was thoroughly entertained by almost every song. Manson has a very sexy singing voice too, if I may say so!
Free Music Review: Realistically 4 stars but I had to neutralize all these poor reviews! Hit: 5 Stars
This is a very good Manson cd. The songwriting is definitely better than Golden Age. It is definitely more poppy than his other stuff but it's still good stuff. The whole cd kinda sounds like "Valentine's Day" from Holy Wood. If you liked that tune, you'll like this cd. Part Mechanical animals, part goth, hints of new wave. I've been listening to "Eat Me, Drink Me" repeatedly for two days now, I love it!
