Free Music Review: Great rockin' fun album!
Hit: 5 Stars

I bought this album after seeing the band being interviewed on Muchmusic (Canadian MTV). I was watching the channel on DirecTV from my place in Orlando, FL. They had a sense of humour and were serious musicians who weren't taking themselves to seriously.
Anyhoo, I listened to this album several times or the course of the spring and summer of 1999.
Then, guess what, they came to Orlando for their club tour and I spoke with each of the guys, separately, from the band. Real decent dudes. All of them.
I stood at the front of the stage at the Sapphire Supper Club on Orange Avenue and sang my heart out to every song. Then I realized that I was surrounded by chicks who knew the songs as well. That always is a good thing. This Hey Album! is great and so is ReadySexGo, their next album, released 2000. I guess I'm off tomorrow to buy lead singer Butch Walker solo album which was released summer 2002. All in all, the band and Butch sound great and I'd like to hire Butch to sing on my own album.
Sincerely, Rich DeWitt

Free Music Review: BEST THING SINCE SLICED 5 Stars

I personally have been a Marvelous 3 fan for a while. I think that I have listen to each song on Hey! Album at least 500 times(I'm not lying). This is the best cd since sliced bread. From the first second you pop this pop gem into your cd player, you are hooked. You're So Yesterday grabs you by your guts and gives you enough of a sugar rush to last you a lifetime. Other songs like Freak Of The Week, Write It On Your Hand, #27, and Over Your Head will have you jumping and jiving like there's no tomorrow. And songs like Let Me Go, Every Monday, Indie Queen, Mrs. Jackson, and Vampires In Love tug at the heart strings with lyrical word play and emotion. Hey! album is fun for kids of all ages! Want more Marv. 3 fun, go out and get Math And Other Problems, a cd with even more fun. Still licking your chops for more M3, I suggest The Floyds. You can hear the beginings of M3. Go out and get them all, You will NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!

Free Music Review: Putting the fun back in rock n'roll
Hit: 5 Stars

Much like getting a good grade on a test you didn't study for, or finding a four-leaf clover, listening to Marvelous 3 is a pleasant surprise. The music isn't incredibly intense nor is it innovative, but what it lacks in innovation it more than makes us for in jump-up-and-down fun. Songs like "You're So Yesterday", "Freak of the Week", "Write It On Your Hand" and "Vampires in Love" are good old fashioned power pop gems that conjure up memories of Weezer minus their geekiness. Hey Album is an energetic twelve song romp through bad relationships, yet the stories are told with surprising peppiness and ingenuity. The band brings forth one of the most energetic, fun live shows you'll ever see, and if you're looking for something not so heavy and dreary, Hey Album just might be the peppy tunes you're looking for.

Free Music Review: One of the BEST CDs I've ever heard. . .
Hit: 5 Stars

Hey! Album is, without a doubt, one of the most upbeat, catchy, and fun collections of music ever. The Marvelous 3 have an energy that is so contagious, it practically drags you out of your seat and commands you to move. Full of edgy guitar, awesome hooks, and totally unique vocals from Butch, this album just has it all. The lyrics are incredibly tongue-in-cheek, and will have you laughing while you're groovin'. Hey! Album is a close second to the band's live show. . .which is beyond compare. I've driven many miles many times to see these guys perform. . .they are without a doubt the best live show I've ever seen (and I've seen a lot). This album will never disappoint you, with songs for every kind of mood. You're definitely missing out on something special if you do not go out and buy this. . .

Free Music Review: Wonderful!
Hit: 5 Stars

I have bought this CD around 2 months ago and each time I listen to it, I still love it! The song "Freak of the week" (the CD's first single) is absolutely awesome! The freewheeling touch of it just adds more fun and it spices you up if you're feeling down. The song "Every Monday" (their second single release) is a really catchy song, too. And the beautiful "Let me go" and "Until you see" are just lovely. One of my favorites is "Indie queen" because the melody and harmony in it is simple fabulous! If you want a good CD this summer, you can settle for Britney Spears. But if you want a REALLY AWESOME CD, go out and buy Marvelous 3 right away!! You'll Never get tired of listening to it!
