Free Music Review: Hopefully, this is not Master P's last album.

I'm looking at all these reviews that are saying stupid s*** about how Master P doesn't have any skills and this album is wack.Personally,I think if you don't like this album, you don't like Rap and Hip Hop.Just what is wrong with this album??? Almost all of disc 1 songs are good if not great,and disc 2 may not be as strong,but does contain good remixes of "Let's Get Em'" and "Make em' Say UHH!",and also contains 4 other hot tracks."Eternity" comes to mind rather quickly. So all you dumb mother****ers sitting out there hating on Master P should stop right now.Another thing is that all the guests are just too hard to resist(Snoop Dogg,Slikk,Fiend,Mystikal,C-Murder, E-40 and Bone Thugs and Harmony all make good performances).My favorites are "Till' we Dead and Gone","Soldiers,Riders,and G's","Streets Keep me Rollin'","Thug Girl" ,"Let my 9 Get Em'","Snitchs","Let's Get Em'","Make Em' Say UHH! #2",and "Eternity".Don't show up to a party without this album.The only beef I have with P is that he isn't the last don.Sure Tupac,and Biggie Smalls are dead,but great rappers that are still considered dons are still kicking.Jay-Z,Fat Joe,and Slick Rick are still very much alive.

Despite claims to the contrary, most rappers don't retire; "final" albums are more marketing ploy than graceful bow. Inevitably, as in the case of also-"retired" Too $hort, the artist resurfaces, either not content with the easy life on the other side of the mic or, more likely, still desirous of the guaranteed platinum sales a few generic songs can produce. Master P, in his alleged swan song, gives us all that and more, producing a double-length album that is perhaps the paradigmatic LP of the No Limit sound, replete with the oft-resuscitated tropes of gangsta rap and delivered over the slick formulas of the Beats by the Pound team. --Jon CaramanicaPop Music CDs
